Distance or virtual reiki allows me to offer the same energetic healing virtually as in person. These sessions are 30-45 minutes. They can be scheduled so that we are live via zoom or separate. It is best to schedule when you can slow down and enjoy the relaxation, but you still get the same amazing results if you are our & about, living your life. I will send you an update after the session. Updates can include any blockages or areas that needed more attention.
Hypno-Reiki is the best of both hypnotherapy and reiki!
Hypno-Reiki is a powerful combination of hypnosis and reiki energy healing. A state of hypnosis allows for a more direct path to shift patterns, behaviors, beliefs or feelings. Together, both practices have a longer-lasting effect.
During the session you will receive reiki energy healing as well as a mini-hypnosis that lasts around 60-90 minutes.

Hypnotherapy, also known as Hypnosis, is one of many techniques available to us which can assist us in changing our beliefs.
Becoming a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist was very important to me. I wanted to be able to offer my clients a tool that would have real, genuine, lasting impact on their life. I have watched clients, family and friends struggle time and time again with change only to end up right back where they started.
My certification means that I can do more than walk my clients through a relaxing guided mediation. I am able to help initiate change from within.
Our belief in our abilities is where it all begins. Ironically, beliefs are reinforced by our results. This produces a never ending loop. Results in life are based upon one thing, our behavior.
